Hi Guys Boy it seems like every time I let out birds I get hit by Coopers Hawks. It has gotten really bad in the last mounth. Will this let up or is this what I have to look foward to. Also had a Redtail make a pass yesterday but he was to slow. Thanks Tim
Hi Tim I don't know where you live, but I'm in the the bootheel of MO. Hawks winter here, but let up in the spring. I lost a bird last week. Think I'll keep mine up through winter.
Hey Tim, Just lost three birds to a female cooper's hawk. I caught her yesterday and donated her to a falconer. I am in NC and these hawks passage through here every winter and leave around march. The red tails rarely take pigeons unless sick or wounded.
